The Australian Journal of Labour Law is an Australian peer-reviewed journal which has been publishing since 1968. Three issues per year are published by LexisNexis, and it is designed to be of service to the academic community and to legal practitioners in labour relations law and labour relations.[1][2] The Journal is published in partnership with the Melbourne Law School.[3]
The Journal is edited by Professor Andrew Stewart of the University of Adelaide law school.[4] The General Editor of the Insolvency Law Bulletin recommended the Journal in his 2017 reading list, and is the most cited scholarly source in the field of Australian labour law.[5][6]
