Australian Payments Plus Ltd is an Australian payments operator formed in 2021 following the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission authorisation of the amalgamation of BPAY Group, eftpos Payments Australia and New Payments Platform Australia. On 9 September 2021 the ACCC authorised the amalgamation of BPAY Group Holding Pty Ltd, eftpos Payments Australia Ltd and NPP Australia Ltd subject to a court enforceable undertaking. The merged group operates as Australian Payments Plus. AP+ announced Lynn Kraus as inaugural Chief Executive Officer in December 2021.[1][5][6]

- ConnectID - a digital identity exchange operated by AP+.[3][7][4]
