28 de Julio Avenue (Spanish: Avenida 28 de Julio) is an avenue in Lima, Peru. It extends from west to east in the districts of Miraflores and Santiago de Surco along 15 blocks. At the intersection with Luis Bedoya Reyes is the 28 de Julio station of the Metropolitano.[1]
It's one of the main avenues of Miraflores district, being named after the date of the proclamation of the independence of Peru by José de San Martín, on 28 July 1821.[2]
