Awami Falahi Party
Awami Falahi Party (Urdu: عوامی فلاحی پارٹی) is an independent political party based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, founded in January 2022 by Sheraz Altaf. The current chairman of the party is Sheraz Altaf. The party’s platform involves supporting free markets, deregulation, lower taxes, and private ownership.
The party’s motto is “A prosperous Pakistan for all, not for few”. The party is under expansion, and the formation of its cabinet is in its early stages.
Origin and manifesto
Awami Falahi Party originated based on three main motives, including economy, education, and reforms. Elections
The party took part in the 2024 general election. In the elections, the chairman of the AFP contested for a seat as a Member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab from PP-163 Lahore-XIX.
