Awazi Angbala is a media personality who speaks out of any harassment and intimidation. She grew up being self-conscious of her body which was chubby and the color of her skin which is very dark. She was nicknamed “blacky” and fatty bum bum. This made her to lose self confidence and kept her away from participating with her peers. She was a Radio presenter in SoundCity FM Lagos with promising career which ended abruptly. She won an award as a media personality. She is an advocate Coordinator

Awazie Angbala grew up with low self esteem because of her very dark skin color and weight.[1] She now shares her experiences on body image and self-esteem, encouraging people to truly love and embrace themselves as well as promote a culture of body confidence.
Career[edit]
Awazi was regarded as one radio host to watch out for. But she left the SoundCity FM without explanation.[2]
