Axonius is a cybersecurity asset management firm and asset inventory management platform that integrates with existing data sources to produce a complete inventory of assets, identify gaps in asset security, and automate response actions for the purposes of enterprise cybersecurity and IT risk management. The Axonius asset management platform provides both cyber asset attack surface management (CAASM) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) management.[1].
The company is based in New York City, New York, United States.

Axonius was cofounded in 2017 by CEO Dean Sysman[1], Ofri Shur, and Avidor Bartov[2]

Axonius has raised a total of $665M in funding over 7 rounds.[3]. During its last funding round, which closed on March 8th, 2022, Axonius raised $200 million from 19 investors[3]. Axonius investors include Silver Lake Waterman, Bessemer Venture Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners[4], and 15 others[3]. The company is currently valued at $2.6 billion[4]
