History
Founding
Bōde was founded in 2019 by Robert Price, Lindsay Skabar, Jeff Jackson, and Alan Kelly.[3] The concept originated from Price’s experience buying and selling residential property in Calgary prior to the company’s formation.[4]

Flat fee. A fixed listing fee of $949 CAD plus applicable taxes Percentage fee. A success-based fee equal to 1 percent of the sale price, capped at $10,000 CAD
These options are positioned as alternatives to traditional commission-based pricing models used in Canadian residential real estate.[1]
Buyers use the platform without charge.[3]
