Babbling April
Babbling April is a band from Washington, D.C.. Taking their name from an early publication by the author Graham Greene, the band has been featured by outlets including Earmilk.[1] and Impose Magazine[2]

Band History[edit]
Babbling April was founded in 2015 in Dayton, OH by David New (vocals and guitar) and partner Vivienne Machi (vocals, guitar, and keyboards). The group has released two EPs and two singles during their tenure. Stephen Yokley (drums) and Lee Wise (guitar/bass) joined the group for the recording of 2015's "On Breath" EP and a cover of the song "Ceremony" by New Order. In 2016, the band moved to Washington D.C. and added members Ben Medina (bass) and Ben Melrod (drums). The "Holy Gold" EP was released in 2018, followed closely by the single "Country House". The band's first album, "Days of Retreat", will be released on 6/5/2020, preceded by the single and video for "Worst Kinds of Parties".
