Backlsh was created in 2018 by Siddhant Thakur and Chirag Deol in Noida.It automatically takes periodic screenshots of employees’ computers and records all mouse/keyboard activity. It also tracks visited websites and record the time spent on each site. On top of that, it can track all offline activities so you know exactly what your employees are doing at work even when there’s no internet connection.
In terms of project management, Backlsh offers the ability to map employees to projects. It also lets you create and assign tasks and even set a timeline for the project/s. There are also KPI reports so you know how your team is performing. Additionally, the platform features a KRA form that you can fill out and download. KRA gives employees a better understanding of their role in the organization. According to Siddhant, Backlsh CEO and founder, the application has been fully self-funded from the start.
