Baje is the founder of The Goal Group; a company that groups individuals based on their goals. Eg. traveling, socializing, entrepreneurship, career advancement, parenting and fitness. She travels the U.S as well as internationally conducting DESIGN YOUR LIFE workshops. Her workshops teach success principles; like setting detailed goals, taking risks, overcoming adversity, and becoming financially free through investing in real estate and creating streams of residual income.
Early Career
Baje got her start in modeling at age 18 when she was scouted at a fashion show in Orlando, Florida. She’s been featured in magazines like King magazine, Show Magazine, The Source , Hip Hop Enquirer[2], Rolling Out[3], Palm Beach New Times Magazine[4] In Touch Magazine, Ozone Magazine, Jadore, Ryse[5], Hype Hair[6], Today’s Black Woman and quoted in Black Enterprise[7]
She began her early career doing music videos and worked alongside heavyweights in the entertainment industry such as Lil Wayne, Kayne West, T Pain, R Kelly, Akon, Plies, P Diddy, Fat Joe, Jay Holiday, Twister,Rick Ross and Nelly. She’s hosted events for Floyd Mayweather, Ne-yo, Jamie Foxx and Jay-Z.
Entrepreneurship
In her early 20’s Baje started her first company Glitz and Glamour Talent & Publishing. Within this company she managed over 300 models and actors in Florida, Georgia, New York and California.
T.V. & Movies
Her career progressed to movies and TV shows such as BET’s The Game, CSI Miami, The Big Bang Theory, Pushing Daisy’s[8] and had leading roles in movies such as "What Goes Around"[9].
She was a cast member on MTV’s[10] “Paris Hilton’s My New BFF”[11], and made appearances as herself on Bravo’s “Millionaire Match Maker”[12] and the movie “Thirsty”.
Books
The success of her first book A “Goal” Digger’s Guide (How to get what you want without giving it up) landed her on Dr.Phil[13] three times, on Tom Joyner Morning Show two times and on a host of other media outlets including: TRU Tv’s “In Session”[14], The Breakfast Club with Angela Yee, Big Tigger’s Morning Show, Frank Ski’s Morning show and Jamie Foxx’s “Fox Hole Radio.”

Baje & Boston
Baje partnered with Delon Boston[20] to form the brand "Baje & Boston". Mr.Boston is a business coach and real estate investor with over 20 years experience in banking and mortgages. Together they conduct their "Design Your Life" workshops across the U.S. as well as internationally. The dynamic duo has a strong presence on social media and use their social presence to motivate the masses through their Baje & Boston 5am challenge.
