Balram Heramad Singh Yadav

Balram Heramad Singh Yadav was a famous wrestler of early 20th century, He was born in 1901 in a small village named Mahuakhera in Agra. Nizam of Hyderabad gave him the title of The Lion from Hyderabad or Sher e HYDERABAD. He became famous because of his wrestling match with Gama pahalwan. The Nizam of Hyderabad invited Gama for wrestling in Hyderabad in 1940s, Gama defeated all of Nizam's wrestlers then Nizam requested Balram Heramad Singh Yadav to wrestle, who was never defeated in his life. The fight between these two titans of wrestling was very long but Gama was unable to defeat Balram and eventually neither wrestler won.
