Banchi TV[1] is a website & free open viral content network started in July 2015 by Banchi Worku, the Founder and CEO of Banchi TV Media Corporation[2], and Danusha Tharanga, the former managing editor that both who married husband and wife.

Banchi TV's stated mission is to give an ultimate change to the life and let people think out of the Box. It uses virality to promote stories with a progressive bent on life and socially.

In July 2015, as analysis in Gulf Media called Banchi TV "the fastest growing media site in short period of time " . In February 2017 the Banchi tv website became a growing "Viral Stories" site to feature in Google's Top Publisher Rankings, in thirtieth place. By April 2017 they were the fifth most social publisher on Facebook, despite their low article count. The site popularized a distinctive style of two-phrase headlines, which has spread to many other websites . It has been criticized for its use of overly sensationalized, emotionally manipulative, simple reading style, headlines as well as having a catching bias, and simplifying issues that are controversial by nature.
Since 2015, under the site's CEO, Banchi Worku (who started the concept) it has been focusing more on producing original content, rather than aggregating third-party content that creating many one to one copies. In this scenario any writer can write article and share their story in the website. Own unique article want to be made.
Banchi TV was accused by some of middle competitors. But with more effort and the team work that difficulties let down with much more success. All the members who registered as authors were work as family and kept their trust on the Banchi TV Viral Media Network.

Banchi TV has been funded one time by Lanka Viral Media Network, around three thousand dollars. Due to server maintenance and starting donation has been funded by them and they are keep supporting and sharing the necessary resources until present time.
Advertising[edit]
Banchi TV website for two years did not monetize clicks through display advertising or any other base adverts. The network began making money starting in March 2017 with the review bloging. As of 2018, Banchi TV website also relies on traditional advertising with AdSense. BAnchi TV keep advertising partnerships with corporations. It includes native ads, and articles that its advertising partners sponsored. It is selective with the organizations and upon their target plans. Banchi TV wishes to work with corporations who have a common mission and similar values. On that wish network came more wider with same subject holder “Hey Topics” Media Publisher .
