Traction[edit]

Both trains are hauled by a Vadodara Loco Shed-based WAP-5 or WAP-7 electric locomotive from Bandra Terminus to Ahmedabad Junction. After Ahmedabad Junction, both trains are hauled by a Sabarmati Loco Shed-based WDP-4D diesel locomotive up to Mahuva Junction, and vice versa.
