Banjo's Bakery Cafe is an Australian bakery franchise chain. It was established in Tasmania in 1984 and the founder Mark Saxby opened the first bakery in Yorktown Square, Launceston.[1]
Banjo's operates 40 stores around Australia and serves more than 11 million customers each year.[2] The bakery only stocks preservative-free products, and bakes a range of sweet and savoury goods daily.[3]
