The Bank of America Building is a six-story office block on Federal Highway, just south of Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, Florida. Built in 1975, it was originally known as the First Bank Building and later the Barnett Bank Building before becoming a Bank of America branch and office center.[1]
The property consists of about 54,600 square feet of office space with ground-floor banking facilities and upper-floor offices. A separate drive-through and ATM parcel on SE 5th Avenue operates as part of the same branch.[1]
In 2022, the complex was purchased by CDS International Holdings for $25 million, in a transaction that included both the main office building and the drive-through site.[2]
