Baray Bhaiyya is a Pakistani family drama television series that premiered on Geo TV on 14 June 2025. Produced by Abdullah Kadwani and Asad Qureshi, under the banner of 7th Sky Entertainment, the series is written by Nuzhat Saman and directed by Ali Akbar. The show stars Aijaz Aslam in the title role, portraying the sacrifices of an elder brother in a joint family.[1][2]

Synopsis

Baray Bhaiyya follows Kabir (Aijaz Aslam), the eldest sibling who assumes parental responsibilities after the death of his parents. Years later, as he begins to pursue personal happiness with Mehwish, latent family tensions and greed surface, testing both familial bonds and his chance at love.[3]

  • Aijaz Aslam as Kabir — the eldest brother of the family. After the death of his parents, he had taken responsibility for his siblings.[4]
  • Maya Khan as Waniya — the cunning wife of Sameer. She despise the controlling nature of Kabir and tries to create chaos among the family members.
  • Naveed Raza as Sameer — the middle brother of the family, Waniya's husband.
  • Rabya Kulsoom as Mehwish — Kabir's employee for whom he develops feelings.
  • Arez Ahmed as Almeer — the youngest brother of the family, who comes from abroad after completing his studies.
  • Neha Khan as Mishaal — Almeer's open-minded class fellow from aboard who are secretly dating each other.
  • Beenish Chauhan as Fareeha — the elder sister of Kabir. She is constantly taunted and derided by her husband due to his jealousy with Kabir's lifestyle.
  • Kamran Jeelani as Shoaib — Fareeha's husband who's a hypocrite. He taunts and tortures her wife in jealousy with his brother in law, Kabir.
  • Ayesha Rajpoot as Zoya — the youngest daughter of the family. Arsalan's love interest.
  • Usman Peerzada as Jalal — the siblings uncle (brother of their deceased mother).
  • Yasir Shoro as Arsalan — Jalal and Sarwat's son. Zoya's love interest.
  • Azra Mohyeddin as Firdous — Waniya's mother.
