Barbara Whelan

Barbara Whelan (Born March 23rd, 1928) is a Canadian painter and founder member of the Belleville Art Association, the Burlington Fine Arts Association, and Gallery One Twenty One (Belleville, ON)[1]. During her long career, she has been a described as the "Quinte region's matriarch of fine art"[2]. Her artwork is described as loose and flowing with a lively use of color.
