baresip is a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) client distributed under the 3-Clause BSD license.

The software is written in C and Python for macOS's Cocoa, with a later port to Qt for supporting Microsoft Windows and Linux.

Features

Baresip is a portable and modular SIP User-Agent with audio and video support based on the Session Initiation Protocol voice over IP. Features include multiple audio driver support, video messaging, waiting, NAT traversal and encryption.
