Bari Doab (Punjabi: باری دوآب) can be classified as one of the main Natural regions of Punjab, Pakistan. Punjab historically has been divided into regions based on its various rivers, since the name Punjab is based on its five main rivers. Bari doab includes all the area between the Ravi, Beas and Sutlej Rivers.

Bari doab covers Lahore District, Kasur District, Ambarsar District, Gurdaspur District, Tarn Taran District, Okara District, Pakpattan District, Sahiwal District, vehari District, Khanewal District, Lodhran District and Multan District.
