Barllina is a Saudi brand that specializes in selling the latest fashions of women’s clothing and dresses online. It was established in 2008 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Thanks to its online store[1], the brand operates all around the globe, and it is owned by Eyad Abdul Kareem Saleh Foundation.
History
Although the brand was established in 2004, its history goes back to the last century when a Saudi merchant, Abdul Kareem Thabet Saleh, had a clothing store in Jeddah, the commerce capital of Saudi Arabia. Abdul Kareem used to sell high-quality fabrics at his shop, especially those fabrics necessary for women's clothing.
When his daughter, Nada, graduated from a design school, they started the brand together in 2004 under the name "Barllina", which is an English name for "Princess". The name was quite convenient for the brand because they specialized in manufacturing women's clothes. Initially, it was one store in Jeddah, then the brand expanded into other cities in the KSA, and opened different branches. Thus, Barllina was the modern brand that merged the heritage of the father with the ingenuity of the daughter.

Thus, Abdul Kareem, along with his daughter, Nada, and his son, Eyad, decided to take their store up to the internet and transition to the online mode. Barllina has been socially recognized around the world, but it was officially registered in China in 2014, and the trademark was registered in the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property under the number 1443009967 in 2021.
