Baron gosling is a title in the peerage of England

it was created in 1296 after Edward Gosling,1st baron Gosling who helped England invade scottland in the scottish wars of independance. the title was created by writ meaning it can descend through both male and female lines. When the 1st baron died in 1332 he died heirless and therefore his personal fortune was inherited by his nephew who died shortly after therfore the baronie became extinct.
