Basati (ਬਸਾਤੀ) is a Jatt Sikh Caste/Gotra, which is mainly found in Punjab (India). Further, in Punjab this caste is majorly found in the Eastern Punjab comprising of Districts such as Ludhiana, Fatehgarh Sahib, Rupnagar (Ropar) and S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali).
