n addition of Treble, a copy of Rush's design. He was made based on a investigation focused on Mega Man with the purpose of excceding his power sometime prior or in the events of Mega Man 6, and first appeared in Mega Man 7. Bass is the striking anti-hero of the original Mega Man series, and his purpose is to be the most dominant robot in existence. Even though Mega Man and Bass are enemies, sometimes they team up to defeat mutual enemies of the two. Even though he was created by Dr. Wily, Bass often combats his creator, usually for his own objective. Bass was later followed by Zero, a more advanced creation by Dr. Wily.
