BERT aka Batang Emergency Response Team
Batang Emergency Response Team is a pupil and student centered DRRM conceptualized by the NCR-DRRM. It is a youth organization mainly established within Metro Manila. The concept is based on the Save the Children Foundation started in Bicol Region, with the original name Bulilit Emergency Response Team.
