Battle of Glina
The battle for Glina was an armed conflict between the Kninjas (a unit of the Serbian Army of Krajina) and the joint forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Croatia and the Croatian Army (then the Croatian National Guard), fought on July 26, 1991 in the area of Glina. The battle ended with the capture of the police station and Glina itself, which became part of the Republic of Serbian Krajina.[1][2]
