In 1804 the Serbian insurgents captured Rudnik on 18 February in the Battle of Rudnik (Serbian Cyrillic: Битка на Руднику which lasted until 28 February.[1]It was then immediately followed by another successfully strategic prosecution called the Battle of Svileuva on 11 March 1804.[2]
