2.Khare SP.D., Lxxvii, 211, shows that the Chief of Chik Balapur saw the Peshwa in May and agreed to pay an annual tribute of one Iskh besides military assistance. Peixoto (V1, 84) says that one of Haidar's commanders defeated the besiegers.
