Bay 13 Sports

Bay 13 Sports is an Australian sports news website created and operated by brothers Thomas Williams and Stephen Williams.[1]

The website launched on 1 January 2019 and produces sports news articles and opinion pieces relevant to AFL, A-League, Champions League and English Premier League Football.[2] Since that time the website has received approximately 20,000 views per month.

Content and images are captured by the Bay 13 Sports team which also invites submissions from sporting fans and aspiring journalists.

The name Bay 13 is derived from a section of seating at the Melbourne Cricket Ground which is known for its rowdy spectators and disorderly conduct.[3] Despite its reputation for disruption, Bay 13 is recognised as holding a special cultural significance in Australia.
