Beachville, South-West Oxford, Ontario

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

@Bearcat: This settlement's connection to baseball is DYK worthy, and a ton of other articles link to Beachville. I also peeked here and the map shows two train lines and a river, so there's probably some history. My Wiki time has been cut short this past year, but I'd like to help this editor create this article (which you in fact already created 12 years ago). Would you suggest this editor and I just expand on the currently-redirected Beachville, Ontario? Thanks! Magnolia677 (talk) 14:37, 5 June 2019 (UTC)
Doh...I just noticed a longer history about this settlement on the South-West Oxford article. Let me ponder this one. Cheers. Magnolia677 (talk) 14:42, 5 June 2019 (UTC)
I didn't say there was no potential notability claim here — I said this article, as written, contains no reliable and independent sources. The question of whether a community qualifies for a standalone article, or just a redirect to its parent municipality, hinges on how well a standalone article can be referenced. This isn't a hopeless topic, it's just an article that hasn't been properly referenced as of yet and thus can't be approved in this form. Bearcat (talk) 14:50, 5 June 2019 (UTC)
