Beagle Freedom Project, formerly Animal Rescue, Media & Education, is an American animal rights nonprofit organization based in Los Angeles, California.[1]
History[edit]
Beginning in 2004 as Animal Rescue, Media & Education in Los Angeles, California, Beagle Freedom Project aimed to not only rescue and provide homes for animals but also "educate the public" by "producing the award-winning documentaries Behind the Mask and Skin Trade" and to abolish animal cruelty, with the mission statement "Our mission is to help animals suffering in captivity and give them a chance at freedom."
Over the years, Beagle Freedom Project has expanded to Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East as well as organizations in France, Australia, and recently the United Kingdom.[2]

Cruelty Cutter[edit]
Cruelty Cutter is a mobile application created by Beagle Freedom Project available for iOS and Android devices that scans product barcodes to check if the product has tested on animals.[3]
