Beat Drop
Beat Drop is a music production & DJing school located in the beltline area of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It is currently the only Ableton Certified Training Centre in Canada.[1] Beat Drop offers more than a dozen courses and also hosts a variety of community events & workshops during its semesters and throughout the year. It also hosts teen summer camps each July. The faculty is composed of professional musicians and DJs who make their living in the music business, in and around the Calgary area.

Founded in 2011 by Ableton Certified Trainer Mitch Lee,[1] the school was originally housed inside rental space at SAIT until September 2013 when the facility relocated to its current location at 1120 17th Ave SW.
