The Beerblefish Brewing Company is an English brewery located in London, England[1]. It was founded in 2015 by James Atherton and Bethany Burrow.
Beerblefish is a social enterprise brewery, aiming to provide training and mentoring to ex-forces personnel transferring to civilian life and a career in the brewing industry.
The brewery focuses on heritage styles of beer, on cask and in bottle.

History and location
The brewery was founded in 2015[2] by James Atherton and Bethany Burrow. Before establishing the company, James worked as a Software Developer. The brewery is based in the Edmonton area of London[3]
Permanent Beers
They brew a range of permanent beers. All the 18xx range of beers are brewed with multiple yeasts including Brettanomyces claussenii.
1892 IPA (6.9% ABV, 76 IBU) – their flagship ale, a cask ale brewed in the style of a London 1890s pale ale. Darker than a modern pale ale, with a sour fruit finish from the Brettanomyces. 1892 IPA was awarded 2 stars from the Guild of Fine Food 2019[4].
1853 ESB (5.3% ABV) – a golden cask ale.
1820 Porter (6.6% ABV) – an ale inspired by the Porters of the 1820s, brewed with a base of Maris Otter and Amber Malts. 1820 Porter was awarded 2 stars from the Guild of Fine Food 2019.
Edmonton Best Bitter (4.4% ABV) – a modern take on the best bitter style.
Pan-Galactic Pale Ale (4.6% ABV) – made with British malts and Galaxy Hops,.

Seasonal/Special Edition Beers
Infinite Improbability Winter Saison (6.7% ABV, Dec-Mar) – a keg beer, brewed with English malts and hops using a Belgian Saison yeasts, unusually for a Saison this is brewed exclusively in winter.
Hoppy Pale Series (Hoppy Ale) (4.0 – 4.8% ABV) – an ever-changing range of hoppy pale cask ales using a wide range of new hop varieties.
Blackbeerble Stout (5.2% ABV) – a dark chocolatey stout
Barrel Aged Imperial Stout (10.2% ABV, Nov-Mar) – a strong stout aged for 3 months in a French oak wine barrel.
Cashmere Brut IPA (6.7% ABV) – first brewed in 2019 to showcase the cashmere hop. Brut IPA is a modern style of IPA that originated in San-Francisco, with a very low residual sweetness.
Imperial (Impy) Mild (7.1%, Apr-Jun) ABV – originally made for London Drinker festival 2017, now made for CAMRA's mild month of May.
House beers
The Beerblefish Brewing Company brew the permanent house beer for the Hackney Carriage Micro Pub (Hackney TnT 4.0%).
