0n The 11th of april 2018 Craig Pickup owner of the Dairymans Bed, Breakfast & Tearoom in Riccall near York North Yorkshire, invented the soon to be famous "Before Noonses" it is believed that it came to him whilst eating a sausage and bacon sandwich which he casually placed on a tea stand and a light bulb then exploded above his his head and the Before Noonses was the result

It is a well known fact that Lord lieutenant Humphrey DeHumphrey, the 11th Earl of Noonses was the originator of the late morning delicacy.

In 1872 around mid morning the 11th Earl being a tad hungry having had Breakfast and enjoyed Elevenses but not quite ready for Lunch, but a strong desire for afternoon tea, called on his manservant ’Butler’ in a twist of fate his name was also very nearly his profession

”Butler, have ‘Cook’ “who in another case of almost Nominative determinism was also the chef “Russle Up a bite to eat“ (Russel Up, was also the boot boy but nothing to do with this story)

“Noonses (he referred to himself in the third person) would like something like an Afternoon Tea, on a Teastand but with all my favourite Breakfast items Bacon & Sausage Sandwiches, Croissants with creamcheese and Smoked Salmon, Buttered muffins with some preserves, a few pastries and a pot of damn fine coffee”

“And then Bring it Before Noonses”
