Omabegho Edward-Dede (born January 2, 1999), better known as Begho or Begho From the Matrix, is a Hip Hop, Afro-Fusion, R&B artist, and producer based in Abuja, Nigeria.
Early life[edit]
Omabegho Edward-Dede was born on January 2 1999 in Warri, Delta but raised in Abuja, Nigeria. He officially started making music in 2016.[1]
Career[edit]
He has worked with Tochi Bedford, Beezyx, Zilla Oaks, Psycho YP and a handful of upcoming artists.
Begho released his first body of work in 2018, titled Dark Road to Wonderland
In 2020, Begho released a three-track EP titled Before The Run.[2] By June 2021, he released Serenade, an R&B single co-produced by JiggyYB which features Loti.[3]
In the summer of 2022, Begho dropped Wetin Dey featuring Abuja artist Eeskay in anticipation of his first studio album Midnight Run Vol. 1.[4]
He has been featured on the Big Talk Podcast[5]
