Ben Pugh[edit]
Benjamin Pugh (born 23 November 1989) is an English football coach and current International Head Coach for the Cayman Islands Men's National Team.[1]He is also the Head Coach and Youth Programme Technical Director at Academy Sports Club. He started his role of Head Coach at Academy Sports Club in December 2018 and was their first full-time professional coach moving to the Cayman Islands from England. Ben Pugh has a UEFA A Coaching License and an FA Advanced Youth Award which he completed at his time at Ipswich Town Football Club as a Youth Development Coach from 2012 to 2018. He also has a Bachelor Of Applied Science Degree (BASc) in Sports Science from the University of Suffolk, where he graduated in 2014.[2]
Personal Life[edit]
Ben is the eldest of eight children which he grew up with on the Shotley Peninsula near Ipswich, Suffolk. He is also married to wife Carmella who both live in the Cayman Islands.
