Benjamin Apollos
Benjamin Lee Crawford Apollos is an American general contractor, fitness professional, and Christian minister.[1][2] He is the founder of American Pillars Contracting and Club Self Control, a 501(C)3 non-profit organization.[3] Apollos also founded Genetic Fitness Matrix, Crawford Modern Principles,[4] and Flip My Trailer.[1][5]
Early Life
Apollos served 14 years as an Army Chaplain Officer. During this same period, Apollos authored UCORPS, Unit Commander's Offensive Restoration Plan for Soldiers (suicide prevention). He was medically retired in 2018 as a captain.[5]
Career
While serving as a Chaplain Officer in the Army Reserves, he started general contracting work.[5] Apollos won several bodybuilding championship titles, including NPC Bodybuilder of the Year, Mr. California (NPC), Mr. West Coast Armed Forces (NPC), Mr. San Diego (NPC), Mr. Pacific USA (NPC), Bodybuilder of the Year (NPC), and Mr. Florida (NGA).[1]
