About
Benjamin Maher is an American athlete and former nationally ranked race walker. He began his athletic career in race walking at Larson Middle School, achieving national recognition while still young. During his time at Athens High School, he competed in traditional Track and Field[1] (Long Jump, Discus, 4x110 Shuttle Hurdles, 4x400, 800, 400) for the school putting race walking on the backburner but still solidifying his reputation in the sport through multiple competitive events.
