Benjamin Francis Conn "Frank" Costelloe (1855-1899) was an Irish barrister and political reformer. Costelloe received a Bachelor of Science in 1874 and a Master of Art in 1875 from University of Glasgow.[1] Costelloe was married to Mary Whithall Smith from 1885 through his death in 1899.[2] Costelloe was an Irish political reformer; both he and his wife supported William Ewart Gladstone's Irish Home Rule plan.[3] Costelloe authored The Incidence of Taxation(1893) and co-authored Aristotle and the Earlier Peripatetics (1897)Volume 1 and Volume 2 with Eduard Zeller and John Henry Muirhead. Costelloe is buried in St Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Kensal Green.[4]
