Benjamin Jung Tuffnell is a Thai, South Korean, and American musician. He is known for being the second lead vocalist of Thai band, Silly Fools.
Early life
Tuffnell played cello, violin, and viola in his youth.
Thailand
After finishing his studies in Creative Writing and History at Loyola University Maryland, Tuffnell came to Thailand in 1997 because his school offered an exchange program with Assumption College in Rayong. He accepted a teaching position at the school and taught English for half a year. After that, he contemplated returning to America, but he followed friends and sang at pubs instead. Tuffnell moved to Bangkok a few years later and got a job writing editorial content at thailand.com.[2]
