Benjamin Oluwatosin Olowojebutu (born June 1982) is a Nigerian Medical Doctor. He is the Founder of Benjamin Olowojebutu Foundation.[1][2]
Early life and career[edit]
Benjamin was born and raised in Lagos state but hail from Are Ekiti in Ekiti state, Nigeria. He bagged his MBBS degree in 2006 from the University of Lagos. He also has a diploma in Family Medicine from the Nigerian National Postgraduate Medical College, Ijanikin (2015-2017).[3] He holds certificates in Leadership in International Health Management from the University of Washington, USA and a certificate in Health Executive Leadership Program from the Health Leadership Academy, Lagos.[4][5]
He is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria (CIPM). He completed his MBA in finance at the University of Lagos Business School. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (IPMA).
Benjamin is the current Chairman Of Nigerian Medical Association Lagos Zone. He was recently Honoured by the Ooni of Ife as the Aare Aremolekun Oodua Agbaye for his passionate work on women all over Nigeria. He is a licensed member of the Medical and Dental Council Of Nigeria (MDCN), Nigeria Medical Association (NMA), Association of Rural Surgeons of Nigeria (ARSON) and Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).[6]
He is the Medical Director/CEO Twinex Medical Center and also the Executive Director and Lead Surgeon of the BOF Love team. Under his Foundation Benjamin Olowojebutu Foundation (BOF), over 10000 free surgeries has been performed in 17 states in Nigeria for folks suffering from Fibroids Hernias Lipomas and Breast lumps.[7][8]
