Benjamin Rogoff Gideon
Benjamin Rogoff Gideon (born 1971) is a Maine-based trial lawyer and the husband of politician Sara Gideon.[1] He is the founding partner of Gideon Asen, LLC,[2] which specializes in cases involving injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.[3]
In 2014, Gideon won a $22 million verdict in a trial concerning a utility lineman who lost his legs in an accident.[4] It is one of the largest verdicts ever in Northern New England.[5]
Gideon is a graduate of Cornell University and Yale Law School.[6]
Gideon is the co-host of the Elawvate podcast.[7]
