Besart Xhaferri
Besart Xhaferri is an Albanian politician and entrepreneur. He is the chairman of the Youth of Democratic Party of Albania (FRPD) since October 2022[1], succeeding Belind Këlliçi. Besart was elected after receiving 55.5% of the total votes. He was born in Berat, Albania, on March 10th 1990. Before being elected chairman of FRPD, Besart held the position of the International Secretary in this organization. Earlier in 2022, Besart was also elected member of the National Council of the Democratic Party of Albania[2].
