Beshine is able to make her bust so extremely large do to the type of implant she has in her breast called an "expander" which have a valve under the skin just blow the armpit that can be injected with more saline to fill them up. Beshine is sited as having the largest boobs in the world though no exact numbers have been given on her current size and it should be mentioned a few other girls are also sited as having the largest bust in the world, namely Chelsea_Charms.
