Betcart is an Iranian online gambling company founded in 2015. Their platform is licensed in Curacao[citation needed] and is available in 15 languages. Betcart is popular amongst Iranians, despite gambling being illegal in the country.[citation needed] The company is a subsidiary of GameVision.[4]

In 2017, the company announced it had secured a sponsorship with Real Madrid.[5][6]

In December that year, Betcart stopped its operations in Austria without paying the remaining balances of some of its Austrian customers, who were left unable to withdraw their money. Betcart was subsequently put on a blacklist by some European gamblers, who advise against using the platform.

Starting in 2020, Betcart partnered with SIS, a British sports TV channel, to offer players live betting channels.[7][8][9]
