Betsy Hammer
Betsy Hammer is an American singer-songwriter and actress. She earned a degree in music from Ohio University.[1] Hammer is known for being a former star of "Pump Boys and Dinettes" during its run in Cleveland, Ohio[2][3][4][5] and for working with Neil Young[6], Waylon Jennings, and Gail Davies.[7][8] In 1986, Hammer was asked to donate her services for the Nashville Entertainment Assn. (NEA) to help produce a songbook and audiocassette package to supplement the vocal program in the city's public school system.[9] Hammer held the title of associate music supervisor for Adam Sandler's LA-based company, Happy Madison Productions,[10] and is a featured singer in the Adam Sandler animated film "Eight Crazy Nights."[11]
