Betting Awareness is an initiative launched by Meridian Gaming, aimed at promoting responsible gambling practices and safer gaming environments for the customers of its brand, Meridianbet. This initiative is part of the company's Corporate Social Responsibility program, in collaboration with the Responsible Gaming Foundation.[1]
The key features of this initiative, designed to help customers better understand and manage their gambling habits, include:[2][3]
- Providing online resources and tools, and offering access to support services when needed;
- Promoting information about self-exclusion;
- Setting limits and offering responsible gaming features;
- Training employees to identify players at risk of gambling harm and to provide effective support;
- Promoting responsible gaming programs within the community by participating in community events and sponsoring awareness campaigns.
