BeyondGenderAgenda
The BeyondGenderAgenda is a German-based initiative founded in January 2020 that aims to ensure equitable opportunities for executives with disabilities, of all genders, ages, cultural and social backgrounds, or different sexual orientations and gender identities, when filling executive and supervisory board positions, and thus to bring about a cultural change in politics, society and business.[1][2][3]
