Bhatia is a Jatt gotra (clan) and a Khatri gotra (clan) with origins in Pakistan Punjab and Punjab Province in India. These members of the clan also use titles such as Bhattian and Bhati in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab.
History and Origin
Bhatia represents Jatts and Khatri who are from the clan of Bhattian Jatt in Pakistan. During the Partition of two nations, India and Pakistan, members of this clan migrated to India. The majority of this clan is residing in the North region of India.
