Bibek Ojha
Bibek Ojha, born in 1991, is a novelist from Nepal.
His first novel was Ailani in 2017. In Ailani, he presented the Badi community's story. It is based on social realism. Through the narrator, the story reaches the Badi community, afterward an old lady, Fulmaya, presented her remembrance as a tale. Also, Basanti (Fulmaya's granddaughter), has her own story and the sparrow. The Badi community is a community which traditionally dances and sings for a livelihood; they also make certain kinds of handicrafts. They also adopt prostitution for livelihood. The story covers all aspects of their culture, compulsions, and lifestyles.[1][2][3][4][5]
