From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Jake Bickelhaupt is an American chef based in Chicago, IL. His 2 Michelin[1] star restaurant 42 Grams was the subject of a 2017 documentary of the same name [2][3]. The film focuses on Bickelhaupt as he turns an illegal restaurant out of his home into brick and mortar 42 Grams[4][5] in less than a year. He currently runs the underground restaurant Konro.[6] In 2018, 42 Grams was closed after Bickelhaupt plead guilty following domestic abuse charges filed by co-owner Alexa Walsh.[7]
